On the surface we appear to be in good shape
financially however we still need to repave our perimeter driveway and
the cost will be about $40,000 so the excess we collect each month will
in part fund that project in the near future. Please note: Some
homeowners said they didn't realize that we have a master insurance
policy which covers everything but your contents. If you currently have
full insurance coverage on your home you are paying double and should
talk with your insurance agent about your actual insurance needs. |
