01/15/09 - Our Patio Furniture has been sent to
Chair Care Patio to be completely refurbished. We've already had one
of the lounge chairs done and it looks
brand new.
The rest should be back my March 1st.

12/15/08 - Welcome new homeowners Rodolfo and
Maria Trevino who
purchased the home at
8814 Walnut Hill Ln.
from Stuart Brackenridge. Stuart was renting it to some friends
who will be around for another couple of months.
12/08/08 - Tom Sweesy has moved out and
put his townhome, 7342 Abrams Rd. up for sale.
06/01/08 - Stuart Brackenridge has moved out and
put his townhome, 8814 Walnut Hill Ln. up for sale.
05/15/08 - Lawnscape of Dallas came out this week
and did a lot of landscaping work installing new grass and ground
cover as needed.
04/01/08 - Welcome to new homeowners Mehary
Woldegiorgis & Paige Stafford who just
purchased the home at
7348 Abrams Rd. from
Tom Sweesy. Tom still retains ownership of his other townhouse at
7342.
02/15/08 - We've contracted with Lawnscape of
Dallas to do some resodding to the areas that were trampled down
during the siding and landscaping/pool projects. Expect to see this
work take place within the next few months.
08/15/07 - Pool and landscaping project
completed.
05/01/07 - Work has begun on the project to
remodel the pool and to replace the retaining walls and walkways.
11/15/05 - Project to replace our exterior siding
was completed.
06/27/05 - The monthly dues were raised to $250
per month to fund the ongoing repairs and upkeep.
06/15/05 - The street signs were changed to today
to reflect the name change from Kingsley Rd. to Walnut Hill Lane.
04/13/05 - Kingsley Rd. was officially renamed to
Walnut Hill Lane from Abrams Rd. to 635. However, expect it to be a
while before the signs are changed.
02/21/05 - Carol Farmer has resigned as
secretary/treasure and has been replaced by Ross Spinazzola. This
was the logical choice since Ross is also our bookkeeper. Our thanks
go out to Carol who served in this position for approximately 5
years.
02/15/05 - The siding work is progressing very
slowly. The contractor has not showed up for work as often as we
expected but continues to assure us their problems are behind and
they will pick up the pace. We are closely monitoring the
situation and continue to press for more effort.
02/07/05 - Due to ongoing problems, we cancelled
our relationship with Quality Pool Service and will handle pool
maintenance internally. We proceeded to replace the sand in the filter and all
above ground pipes and valves. We used a product called
ZeoSand which
claims to make the water crystal clear. Click

01/10/05 - Homeowner Martha Sease from
7368
Abrams Rd. moved to Arizona to be nearer to her family. Her
home was purchased by Shep Johnson as an investment property. 01/06/05 - Greer Management called
today and gave 30
days cancellation notice saying the time and effort spent managing
our property isn't worth the $325 per month we pay. An email was
sent out to all homeowners regarding this

01/02/05 - The siding work has begun starting
with the Sweesy's building on the Abrams Entrance. This building is
getting new windows so anyone interested in how they look can see
them first hand.
12/20/04 - The big news for 2005 is that a special
assessment has finally been voted in to make repairs to the exterior
siding, walkways, pool and perimeter driveway. Visit the

special assessment and project planning.
11/31/04 - We have a new building to house our pool
equipment. Thanks to Shep Johnson and Ross Spinazzola for donating
