Fences

We've standardized the style, color and material to be used on new fences at Kingsley Highlands. All new fences shall be erected using Timberwolf composite fencing in their "Costal Cedar" color and constructed using the "board on board" method with trim at the top and bottom as seen in the photograph below....

Fence poles and rails must be erected on the inside so they are not visible from the outside. Please contact Shep Johnson for more details on fence construction and for a list of names of approved contractors that use Timberwolf composite fencing.
